The SCAL PLUS electronic soap film flow meter measures gas flow through its internal circuit control unit and sensitive components. The total measurement range is from 0.3mL/min to 30L/min, with an accuracy better than ± 1% of the reading, and it belongs to the first level flow meter. There are three different flow measurement tanks available for selection, with replaceable flow measurement tanks and shared control bases. The electronic soap film flow meter has a liquid crystal display and calibration functions for temperature, pressure, and volume. Users can obtain the volume flow rate of the measured gas through on-site self calibration. The gas flow rate can be measured in a single measurement, or the average value can be taken after ten measurements of the flow rate.
Application area
Suitable for gas flow calibration of environmental monitoring instruments; Adopting infrared photoelectric sensing technology, it has strong anti-interference ability, accurate data, high calibration accuracy, and is easy to carry. It can be equipped with a multi range gas flow calibration module, which can meet the flow calibration of most sampling instruments. It is widely used in metrological verification, environmental monitoring, labor protection and health, scientific research institutes, and other occasions that require gas flow calibration.
